That it was a little larger than the average room, and it had a couch

The hotel charged a separate fee for parking to my card the day after we left, and that was not disclosed upon check in or check out. They also charged a fee for vaping. Though a sign was at the front desk, there was no verbal mention of a fee

The location

The room layout- the bed was facing the bathroom. Noise level- The room was facing the pool area. The overall hotel needs to be renovated, painted, etc.

Location. I stay here a lot

Our room smelled of mold and mildew. Or air commissioners didnt work. We had to sleep with the window open. We should have changed rooms but had little kids so it was too much trouble. Forgot to let the staff know about the problem. Was In a hurry.

Quick check-in, nice looking rooms clean. The only thing that I would have wanted is a tea bag. The other thing was the angle of the TV it was a little different but it wasn't a problem

Very Clean and look new. The Staff was excellent and the atmosphere was great for my sabbatical.

Front desk staff was friendly & Helpful& Professional with a smile.

AC was not working. The young lady at the front desk fixed it. I did mention this at check-out.

The Staff was impeccable, all 3 shifts. Worked in the industry for many years. Whomever is doing the hiring keep them your property shines from the inside out. Thank you for a beautiful weekend with my 83 year mother.

The house keeper was amazing I think that was her name after looking a 3 different room that where not cleaned. She came in our room a deep cleaned it.

The rooms where dirty. They didn¿t have towels took a day to bet clean towels

Clean and comfortable in a good location.

No hot breakfast as advertised. Tired of hotels maximizing their profits by cutting out an advertised hot breakfast and then blaming COVID. Breakfast was a bag containing an orange that you couldn’t peel and a muffin, and water.

Old rooms, not cleaned well, has a moldy smell.

Hotel was overbooked. Had I arrived a few minutes later I wouldn’t have had a room. Hotel phone hung up after pressing the button to speak to a representative. Unable to reach the desk from an outside line.
