Yes, bad service. The front desk lady overcharged me and didn’t refund properly. If I didn’t check my credit card history, I may miss $200.

New hotel so facilties are great. Staff is very friendly, well-trained, and eager to help.

New and clean but the best part is the staff. Everyone I've met is very friendly and extremely helpful.

I've yet to find any issues at this location.

A staff member was having a temper tantrum when we were trying to have breakfast. I observed one person get his food and leave the area. This lady had an attitude that made people very uncomfortable and she was a bit rude as well. It appeared she was to oversee the breakfast area and didn’t seem pleased to be there. The front desk person did all he could to settle her down and in the end she finally did settle down. Who knows what provoked all this and we all have bad days…but she didn’t have the professionalism or maturity to handle it well in front of the guests. She needs a job away from the front desk area. 2/10/26…Update to management responseI spoke to the lady directly and made note of her name …which was on her Holiday Inn employee badge. I chose not to call her out by name. I have no reason to misrepresent what happened. She was also working the breakfast area briefly because that was my initial interaction with her. She was upset in general and pointed out I had not shut a door on a food display properly. I apologized… because she was upset and not aware of how she was coming off. Point being, if she wasn’t an employee…why was she wearing a HI badge and working the breakfast area? I just assumed those two things constituted a Holiday Inn employee.

I loved everything about our stay. The weather was a lil crazy getting 4 inches of snow. The staff was so kind. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was good too. Loved the fresh coffee in the lobby. Definitely highly recommend staying here. The location is great for a staycation or work with tons of restaurants and activities nearby.

Great location and amenities. The staff general manager Fazle , Ashley and Jazmine were phenomenal. Really the best will be back because of them . Truly amazing people.

Would probably shop harder next time

Elevator was extremely slow lights didn’t work in room shower door wouldn’t stay shut and the card reader on the room wouldn’t work properly had cards redone 3 times it was at least clean

Paid through booking.com and couldn't stay because incidental fee.

Clean property, accommodating shower for my 85 year old Mom. Valeria was the most inviting and personable front desk attendant I have ever encountered in all my travels and I travel a lot. Kudos to her and the other staff, both evening and morning teams. I love good customer service‼️

I wanted a handicapped room and the one I had was clean and great, but would have preferred one with available handles for the shower and toilet area.
