- Location
- The pool, the gym, the breakfast, dining room and room we were staying in. Staff on both shifts were very nice and information. Had 1 help me use the waffle machine.
- The property itself wasn’t bad at all. The rooms were pretty decent. The customer service was excellent food wasn’t too bad either. I mean it was the free breakfast and I enjoyed it. It’s right by the mall which is convenient.
Cons -
- Poor customer service, I put my card on file for $100 incidentals and they charged me $500 because I blow dried my hair and it set off a vaping detector and front desk Dana accused me and husband of smoking in the room. I tried to explain I was blow drying my hair for a wedding and the room did get smoky because the bathroom did not have ventilation, she didn’t want to hear my explanation and said a blow drier would not set it off and said charges stands as is, not to mention I am 8 weeks pregnant so I won’t be smoking or around smoke in general.
- I didn’t like that the tub in our room had permanent stains in it. I initially thought the tub was dirty until I cleaned it and realized they were stains to the tub that should’ve been fixed or the tub should be replaced.
