ES THEY ONLY COME TO CLEAN THE ROOM EVERY TWO DAYS. ALSO, THE LINEN HAD SPOTS ON THE PILLOW CASES AND WE MADE NOTE OF IT ONLY TO RETURN AND FIND NOTHING DONE ABOUT IT. FINALLY THE PIOL WAS CLOSED ALL THE DAYS OF OIR STAY. WHICH WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT.

I love the location, it was very clean, I saw staff cleaning the hallways and the stairs. The hotel smelled very good!

The hotel was clean. Plenty of outlets which is a plus. Very accessible. Location was also great to restaurants, mall across the street. My family was very pleased and we will definitely come back

The fridge took a while to cool up. It almost seemed as if it wasn't working properly.

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming....it was very clean...and the breakfast was great!

Location

Upon our arrival, there was hair in the tub/shower. I was advised that the rooms are cleaned on the 3rd day and no one cleaned the rooms yet you have signs posted that advertise the cleanliness of the rooms. I requested towels and never received them.

the refrigerator had items in there that was not thrown out and under the a/c unit there was some dirty socks that i threw away.

My room was never cleaned and someone was banging in my door early morning.

The concierge was very accommodating and let us check-in early without charging extra. Room was clean and comfortable.

Free breakfast, wifi, and staff were super friendly.

The staff was wonderful and polite and the breakfast was delicious.

The rooms seem to need a bit of updating as well as the pool.

This hotel is awesome! The staff are great the rooms are clean. The breakfast could be a tad bit better.

There were warm chocolate chip cookies, and cold lemonade sat out for guests at check-in . The cookies were fantastic!The breakfast was also very good with many options to choose from. The fitness center was clean and the staff was professional and kind.

Great customer svc from staff,morning and evening. Rooms were clean,and the breakfast was great,and the pool added the finishing touch.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The past two times my husband and I have stayed in Buford, both hotels were very very nice! The Hampton Inn had an EXCELLENT breakfast, one of the best I've had from a hotel!

Friendly and professional staff. Well kept and maintained room. Quiet. Good breakfast buffet.
