Nice room. Great staff. Great location

I particularly do not like having to request the room be cleaned and serviced. I consider this a slovenly departure from customer service that now is tolerated.

There was an annoying flashing light on the smoke detector that kept us awake most of the night.

I was surprised there were no amenities in the room like lotion shower cap or sewing kit

The bed had stains on sheets and water drain outside the room was extremely loud. We had to move rooms at 2am.

Bed was comfortable

I wish there was a microwave in the room. A complimentary breakfast would have been great too.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the food was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Staff. at the front desk was excellent. She was very welcoming and inviting. She provided great information on places to eat and to go for entertainment. Check-in was very quick and a very easy process for us.

Just a little old but it was very clean.

Location very close to the mall of Georgia

Fire alarm went off at 6:45 am and entire hotel had to vacate while fire department came. There was a small fire in the kitchen. I know it was unintentional but it meant we only got 4 hours of sleep that night. Quite expensive for the star rating.

The television was on a swivel on a counter and when you pulled it out to view the person on the left side of the bed could not see the whole screen. The pillows were to flat. The jacuzzi was not working in the pool area. It had yellow caution around i

The staff was very friendly and the road were very clean and comfortable.

The only issues I ran into is the Elevator was out of order and there was a large party there. Also, there were only 3 small luggage carts in a hotel that size is really unacceptable. Thanks

Design of room and cleanliness was excellent! They were quick to change us to another room when our first room had an issue with the toilet and they even gave us complimentary drinks for the hassle. Wonderful customer service!

The front desk staff were very engaging and friendly. Clean lobby and room.

The light switch didn't work in the room, and the water took almost 3 minutes to warm up at 5:00 am. Nothing worth complaining about, but not as expected.

Safe area. Clean and nicely appointed rooms. Beds very comfortable. Accommodating staff. Many restaurants near by. Tesla charging.

Great location near Mall of Georgia, convenient to Interstate, and near many restaurants.

Room was clean and hotel staff very helpful.

No breakfast included. Also the bistro staff didnt speak a word english.

Location, cleanliness and good customer service

The staff was the best! So polite, courteous, helpful and they made my stay very pleasant! Plenty of pillows, comfortable bed and clean! Having a coffee bar available in the lobby was very convenient and the staff knows how to make an excellent Latte!

No microwave in our room and no fan in the bathroom, so that was disappointing!

We were told at checkout that our rate did not include free breakfast and we were billed for breakfasts

The hotel room smelled new. It was very clean. I had a king room and it was very spacious.

The air did not work. It cooled down for a little while and then quit all together.
