Convenient location.
It was cheaper at that moment

Cons -

There was not enough hot water to take a shower mostly cold. And the people next to us fighting all the time .
Stained bed covering, toothpaste stains on the faucet, missing door lock hardware (lock still worked).
It was substandard, I didn't have an sufficient towels, microwave rusty, nasty, dirty,bugs,and without hot water for 2 days,& noisy it was just unacceptable so I left and went to another hotel
