Hampton Inn & Suites Braselton

It was close to our destination. The front desk worker was awesome, she was very attentive to our needs. She had was able to answer our questions and make good suggestions to us.

We like it, but a few more items for breakfast would be great.

The helpful staff. Free breakfast and cleainess of the rooms.

The entrance was construction work being done. The view from my room was gorgeous. By far the best motel experience I have had recently I did not want to leave.

This hotel is in such an exclusive neighborhood of Atlanta they cannot have a sign facing the road we came in on. They are doing construction but it was extremely hard to locate. Lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The bed gave my husband a backache.

Not up to Hilton standards.

Good location, nice hotel, at front desk is good. Nice pool.

TV didnt work properly after storm. John couldnt get it to work.

Breakfast was great, everyone very nice, hotel room clean, good location just down the street from some good places to eat, grocery store just down the road.

Couldn't get coffee machine in room figured out or it wasn't working. A small microwave in the room would be nice.

I was not aware room would not be cleaned for second day. Unfortunately this my first hotel travel since Covid and I did not know there were ¿new rules¿ for cleaning now.

The food could have had more meat options other than PORK.

I cannot easily walk from the handicapped parking space to the main entrance,

The path from the main entrance to the handicapped parking space is far too long and challenging, Also I had a lot of trouble finding a microwave oven in my room.

Aesthetically pleasing from the outside. Smelled nice as we entered. Staff was professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast surprised me with the choices and it was so good!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Hot waffles. Coffee juice etc bagels & cream cheese

Did not care for pastries offered. Bananas were over ripened.

It sits by itself and the surroundings are absolutely magical. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was fabulous

Proximity to Chateau Elan

The room and hotel was outdated.

We were really disappointed in the complimentary breakfast. The cook was extremely rude, nothing was refilled (literally every thing was out by 8am ) and when I asked about coffee at 8am he said he was out and wasn’t making anymore. I was really disappointed in that but everything else was good.
