Hotel Staff was very polite and friendly. The Buffet Breakfast was very good. The Main Lobby was very clean and inviting.

Room seemed a little small for 2 queen size beds, No regular chair , just an office chair at the desk. More than half the TV channels were unwatchable because they was constant pixelating .

Location

This is a very old hotel, paint was chipping the ceiling & around the tub. You needed to hold down the lever on the toilet for it to flush. There was a Crack inside the tub. There was a hole in the sheet on one of the bed like someone was smoking.

The noise, you can not get enough of rest. And we found roach in the bathroom

It was nice, bedding was nice hotel was nice.

No trash bag liners. I think that's very unsanitary when a guest has their period its gross to not have a trash liner even for trash in general. Food? Spills?? Etc I called for a trash liner n no one came I had to go to the desk.

It was close to the location of my conference.

It just seemed older needs a renovation. There was a slight smell when I entered the room.

Room needed an overall updating, painting and maintence care. But the hair in the bedding was disgusting!! I o ly stayed due ti exhaudtiion.

Key cards. You can?t get your key car near your phone or it disables it. What are the three main things you have when you leave a hotel room? Keys, phone and key card. Did you know a lot of woman?s clothing do not have pockets?

noisy from both street/highway noise and hotel noise, the open-concept hotel layout means there aren't closed-off hallways to muffle sound so you hear everything from inside the hotel; overall the hotel smelled musty/old

the clerk cold had been a bitnicer but it was 1am she just was not as friendly as she could have been she was not smiling seem alittle short with us but she was quick.

Friendly staff. Location of hotel. The size of the rooms. Breakfast in mornings were great.

I wanted to extend my stay til over the weekend unfortunately no room. Available. But I will definitely stay here again.

Cost and location

Woman at front desk seemed to have a bit of an attitude problem when I talked to her. She was not helpful when I wanted to change rooms the first night I was there. Next day I was able to get another room but there was a womans hair on the pillow

We were attending an event at Road Atlanta, this location was very convenient. Also the staff was very nice.

The hotel is very dated looking & a really weird layout around a big open central area (which is also really weird). The room was clean but dated. I booked a king room, but received a room with two queen beds? Breakfast was inedible.

The Gentleman who checked me in was awesome!! He made sure I was comfortable and safe after a harrowing eye doctor appointment.

This is not a 3.5 star hotel. The place was old and smelly. Shower was dirty.

Convenient location. Beautiful area. Beds were comfortable.
