Hampton Inn Bainbridge

The morning buffet was decent. There was not a large variety but enough to start the day. The fitness center is clean with basic equipment for a short workout. Location is close to other stores and restaurants.

The room was dated. Poor lightning in room. The AC/ Heating unit was not adjustable in the room. The temperature was cold within the room durin our winter stay. Shower was not clean, hair and mold. Door key was inactivated frequently.

When we left

Pool was green and nasty, unusable. The price did not reflect the cleanliness. Only got our business because nothing else was available on our way to our vacation house.

They didn¿t clean the room. When I reported that the room wasn¿t clean and that I needed clean towels. She said I can give you a towel. I told her that the room should be cleaned and that they should put clean towels in the room. Nothing was done.

The bed was very comfortable. The furniture was nice and also comfortable.

There was no way to close the drapes all the way to keep out the light from a street light. The bathroom floor was filthy. Getting on the internet required joining a Hilton program which I have no interest in. The breakfast buffet was very average.

Yes the hotel canceled my first reservation you ever refunded my money

My first room was disgusting! Took a video of floor broken table and fridge was leaking water everywhere! Definitely not worth --- a night . Then my second room the floor was clean but the tub was disgusting and had hairs all in it definitely needs work

The Location.

Yes my room had Roaches in the room and in the bed. They ran out of Breakfast. It was just horrible.

The floors needed vacuum and the hallways need air freshener but I understand with COVID staffing is short

We evacuated from our home in Florida during Hurricane Matthew. The hotel is EXCELLENT. The staff went above and beyond. They allowed us to "hang out" in the lobby after our stay before we saw that we could return home late on the day after our stay.

Nothing - continuing praises: Very modern hotel with LOTS of places to charge your phone, etc. Really nice place. The people of Bainbridge are also GREAT. One local Baptist Church provided lunch for the evacuees from the Hurricane. Kudos to Bainbridg

Hotel is poorly managed, bed is very uncomfortable. Too many issues with this hotel to mention.
