- I didn?t like that they knock on the door at 8am and I didn?t like the lack of food they prepared in the morning
- Booked a king suite and upon arrival we were given the key to a king suite and the room was already occupied. Then we were given a double room and no compensation for the difference in the room
- Yes early in the morning we pulled the covers off the bed looking for a ID discover Dry blood on the sheets we reported to the staff they thought we lying and said there was nothing they could do for us so we left right after this. Normally I check
