Peachtree Hotel Midtown Atlanta - All Inclusive Reviews Rating
Review summary
Reviews of the hotel highlight its excellent location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and friendly, helpful staff with efficient check-in and check-out. However, several guests noted issues with cleanliness, including dirty bathrooms, poorly maintained rooms, and unpleasant odors in hallways. While the hotel offers convenient access to public transport and amenities, parking is limited and costly, and some facilities like an indoor pool are lacking.

The hotel was not adequately prepared to accommodate the guests. Our room in particular was dirty, the pull out had no sheets and had stains, we only received one large towel and one face rag. We had to share a bed because they wouldn’t bring sheets or let us get blankets. When asked about more towels they were out and waiting for some to be washed. They never came available. And to top it off we had no SHOWER CURTAINS, someone was supposed to come hang something up but never came. The elevators were extremely crowded because of the event happening however none of the stairways would let us in because the key cars would not open the doors. So we were forced to wait at the elevator the entire time. The parking is extremely terrible but as expected for Atlanta. This hotel is a red flag and nee
It’s extremely expensive for one night for them not to have the basics they do not accommodate their guests and do not plan well for events

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. The rooms was nice and clean.
I booked 2 hotel rooms for 6 people with a king bed and pull out sofa beds. We went to use the sofa bed and there was no mattress on it. The other room did not have a mattress on it either. I called down to front desk and they brought a twin mattress that looked like it came from the dungeon. This did not help much because we had 4 people in the room. So 3 of us slept in the king bed and one took the twin mattress. So that was our arrangements for 3 nights. I talked to front desk and said I needed to talk to Booking.com. Our floor also had people on it smoking weed and that is what we faced everyday we walked out of our room. Also, as we were checking out on Sunday we were taking our stuff to the car and were locked out of room before our 11:00am departure. They did reinstate our keys but was a hassle.

Travel from airport to hotel was easy and cheap and subway was next to hotel and another subway couple hundred yards other way.Room spacious, clean and fresh, bed very comfortablelovely swimming pool and sunbathing area
Unfortunately the cannabis problem again, this time other guests were smoking by pool, even whilst in pool, more annoying was there were children about and not just their own. Also music being played by pool by guests was loud and the area was not checked regularly, only saw an attendant once.

I was not happy that the parking fee was $50 per day. I do not plan to stay again because the wait times to check in are horrible! Youwill easily stand in line for 30 minutes at any given time to speakk to someone at the front desk. Also, I called the front desk from my room and on more than one occasion, there was no answer. I can tell this hotel was beyond splendid in the past, but it is now a place that I appears to be dull and I would not return unless there is a renovation.
I like the location of the hotel.

The pros, great location in Midtown , a block from Marta train. The kitchen for the bar makes a great burger! The cons, the staff is not the friendliest. Rooms were dank, dark, furniture scuffed and scared up, drapes hanging off track , carpet filthy through your room and hallways, tv barely functional, dirty bathroom, ceiling in bathroom peeling and cracking . Rooms smelled of cigarette, musty and moldy Overpriced accommodations to sleep in filth. Do not stay here!

Room dirty, no towels, used douche bottles in the room, tissue had feces on it, fresh spot clumped mess from wall repair, no balcony access for any guest, and no resolution to any complaints

Hotel was a block away from hospital where our son was. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. Facilities were nice & Room was clean w/ all necessities; bathroom showed some signs of age. Could have used more than 1 regular coffee pod for 2 people in room instead of a variety of teas & decaf. Highway noises very loud on the side we were on. Ask for side away from highway.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel
for the entire time that we stayed there our room was never cleaned. I complained everyday to staff. I could not even get clean towels. when I saw a housekeeping staff they could not speak English or understand what i was asking for. there was a pregnant roach in the bathroom. I did speak with a supervisor who was able to comp a nights stay due to this.. but i will never return to this hotel again
