The room was very clean.

Linens were nice but not sufficient. I traveled with my large puppy and there is really no place fit to walk a dog. Access via side doors isn’t clear, especially with a large puppy.

Location was great.

Check out was rushed no one asked how our stay was. Room had mold around the window! Water was Luke warm I couldn’t wait to go home! Walls are paper thin felt like we had guest in our room. It was the worst.

The hotel is beautiful

The desk agent was not professional or informative. He didn’t greet me as I had been greeted by any hotel desk agent, he didn’t properly inform me of any of the charges, he just simply said insert your card. I asked what are the charges for because I paid and booked with bookings.com. He said incidentals of $100 per night, I said ok. Then he ask if I have a car, I said yes, so he said ok you can use your room key to get in and out 24/7. I had to ask the cost of parking and hr said $22 a night. He slides my room keys to me. I had to ask the room number and he says it’s on the envelope. I get a receipt via email when I checked out and there was a $150 fee for my emotional support animal and a random $25 charge for a miscellaneous canary fee. I was never informed of the pet fee or that canary fee.Also, the closet door in the bathroom is off track and couldn’t slide properly, the bathroom faucet drained extremely slow.

This hotel is exceptionally nice! Clean! Roomy! The layout is great! Location is great...walking distance to Cumberland Mall across the street.

The one entrance in/out was odd but not a problem.

The check in was a breeze. The location was great. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Starbucks was downstairs open 7-11 am. The staff was friendly.

The bed was hard as a rock. Meanwhile, the pillows were soft as a cloud. One offered no support while the other offered too much. After 3 nights i had to get a massage in order to drive back home with some level of comfort. The commode was very low and you had to hold the handle to flush it completely. Easy fix. The shower made a straining noise when the water was on hot but overall if the bed was comfortable I would denounce my Hilton membership. But I couldn't get a goodnights sleep.and couldn't wait to leave because of it.

The location was really good and very convenient. The battery is very close which is good. That was a good variety for breakfast which I really enjoyed.

I wish they had paper pamphlets that we get in the room maybe a menu for the room and things we could order

For the price and fees 5 star hands down hotel was clean and very spacious
