- The breakfast buffet
- Lobby and bar area were very clean and esthetically pleasing.
- No way 4 Star staff super needs cleaning up
Cons -
- The front desk manager is very rude and lacks professionalism. I witnessed his tone in talking with elderly customers and also experienced sharp tone when I asked for additional towels. The other two desk attendants were nice.
- Television in room did not work properly. AC was extremely loud and also had a "whistling" noise that kept us awake most of the night. Shower had mildew around the shower door.
- You need more electrical outlets on both sides of the bed. The clock wasn't set to the right time. It was 6 hours off.
