Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Marietta

The location is great. It is very close to a lot of food places, major highway, and not too far from the city.

We stayed for two nights, and once we woke in the morning and left for the first full day...we expected as I have always had for room service to bring new towels and make the bed. When we arrived back that evening and say that it wasn't done, we called downstairs and they said room service only works every other day. I have been to many hotels and have never heard anything so ridiculous. Then to be charged $15 for a breakfast buffet that was very lackluster was another disappointment. Lastly, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom were underwhelming.

the location is perfect. we stay here often.

Our sink had a super slow drain, which made brushing teeth disgusting so I called the front desk about it. The next day I get a message offering to move rooms which I declined because we had already gotten dressed and were out for the day. They did not compensate me at all. They offered me free breakfast or HH points, which I declined because I had plans...and never use the points. The room should've been free or they should've comped a nights stay...in my opinion.

Location was great. Wish breakfast was included in price...

Price for breakfast is too high..

Room was clean. Location was right off interstate..

There was no check in person at check in desk. Had to go to bar and ask if they had anyone working desk. She came around after 5 minutes

Great location

The air didn’t get cold. The tub was dirty. The entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke when I arrived.

It was a great location and rooms were nice. Two of the girls at the front desk were so sweet and helpful. The man that delivers towels, etc was friendly and made conversation every time we passed.

one elevator was broken the whole time and we were told it had been down for a month. the power was out one day for 4hours and they don’t have a generator and it was hot. one day water was off for several hours so toilets wouldn’t flush and ice machine didn’t work in addition to sinks and showers. Breakfast was way to

Check-in was quick. The sraff were friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. The room was clean & comfortable with lots of space to store clothes & items. Breakfast was hot & tasty.. The location was convenient to shops & restaurants but also had a restaurant in the hotel to order from. I ordered Chinese from across the street, which was great! I felt the hotel was tucked away in a safe area & parking was convenient & close. I attended a meeting for two days at this hotel in one of their meeting rooms (Rosewood), which was very nice with very comfortable chairs, a coffee & tea bar & water fridge . The hotel catered our lunch, which was great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay & would definitely stay again or recommend it to others.

Shower tiles were slightly slippery (but I appreciated the walk-in shower). The bed was a little too firm, IMO.

The bathroom was in need of repair and mattress was a little lumpy but overall it was ok.
