Reverb by Hard Rock Downtown Atlanta

The location was excellent. Directly across the street from the Mercedez Benz arena. The amenities were superb! I was overly impressed with the hotel and all that it offered.

It was eerily quiet and there were hardly any guests. The parking garage and getting into the hotel was somewhat cumbersome. But all of the positives of the hotel made up for those few dislikes.

I had a great experience during my stay at this hotel. My room was modern, comfortable, and offered an amazing view. The location was also excellent and very convenient.

The only issue I noticed was a few hairs on the bathroom floor, but aside from that, everything else was perfect.

Room was spacious, clean, and modern.

Weird check in desk, looked like more like a snack vendor at the airport. We walked by it three times looking for the check in desk, finally a security guard gave us directions.

Great location, really nice hotel, friendly staff, will stay here again.

The refrigerator in room didn’t work, none of the bed outlets worked, lights by the beds didn’t work either. No hot water in the bathroom sink.

The rooms are very clean and overall the space is too.

Upon arrival, I was told I could not check in because the power was out. I was charged double the stated deposit online. The charge did not fall off and I received no word on why it is acceptable to charge me the incidental deposit when I did nothing. Additionally, housekeeping walked in on me when I was naked :) With no pool, hardly functioning service my first night (no bar or kitchen - power issues lol), I found myself not wanting to be in the city at all at the price point I was paying. $200 a night for what I experienced is insane and this property should be ashamed of themselves.

Good location downtown, right across from Mercedes Benz Stadium. Beds were soft and comfy. In room coffee maker made Lavazza coffee that was very good. Nice shower and bathroom. Good views. Fitness facility was good for a hotel. Staff was excellent and very accommodating to our needs.

The room didn’t have any comfortable seating, but it’s a more modern design that is very clean lined and minimalist. There was a chaise lounge with a very low back and the beds. Very pretty though.

Location was fantastic. Parking was easy and Parking Valet (though we used self parking) was very helpful and friendly. Outside of the hotel and lobby were very loud and lively, but room was surprisingly quiet. The use of Alexa automations was a nice option.

Hot/cold water issues -- cold faucets ran hot water and toilet was filled with hot water.

This hotel was very unexpected! Nice modern hotel with very cool vibes, activity, location was fantastic and walkable to attractions nearby. View of Mercedes Benz Stadium from my room! For any football fan, I highly recommend this hotel. No need for car service as it is walkable. Restaurants around, parks, great place to stay. Staff was amazing, room was very comfortable and priced well. I would recommend this to anyone traveling solo, with a partner, or a family.

Loved the location and atmosphere. Everyone was insanely friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Great view of the Mercedes stadium. Played great music. Great amenities. Super spacious shower with soaps included.
