Hampton Inn Americus

Staff was excellent.

For a Hampton and the price vs other hotels in the area, it's a bit worn out. Not a lot of places to choose from in Americus.

The morning staff was were friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was hot and the staff quickly replaced food and kept the eating area clean.

When checking in, there was nobody at the desk. It took almost 10 minutes before someone came to counter. I even tried calling the hotel while standing there with my family, but that didnt help.

This Hampton meets the bare minimum of what you expect in a hotel. The facilities were clean and the staff was mostly pleasant to work with. Breakfast offered more than enough food to start the day. The price was a bit much for an old hotel.

I reserved two queen beds. But only got one queen bed. I overlooked that. I didn¿t my sleeping with husband. The breakfast was not great. I have had better at other Hampton Inns.

I loved the front desk staff they were so polite. I especially love staff who checked me in when I arrived. He is customer service in one and so nice always smiling and on top of his work. I will be back and hopes he is there.

They did not have any towels and the rooms had hair in the sink and hair in the bathtub. The hallways carpet was filthy.

Coffee maker was dirty, someone close to our room was smoking weed and was kinda irritating.

Very quiet and clean! The breakfast was very nice.

There were some mornings that they only had the mellow coffee as a choice.

For the hotel to be a Hampton aka a Hilton chain it is very outdated. Housekeeping needs to pay attention to the dust bunnies and cob website on the ceiling. The mattresses are very thin and creak very loudly at any small movement.

The cost of the hotel didn't equate to the standards I'm accustomed to The room was shabby, old, and out of date. The food selection for breakfast was terrible also. The staff was pleasamt and accommodating

I didn't get a print out of the bill. Supposedly, I booked online but still I could have gotten a receipt because when I checked in he took my credit card. Very unpleased about this.

Phone didnot work. Staff was fraternizing with others. Car was broken into in parking lot.

clean, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, check in was a breeze, breakfast was great, best experience ever at a Hampton, usually always stay at Hampton, was pleasantly surprisedwill have to say this was the best Hampton experience ever.

The customer service was next level. Incredibly happy with the conscientiousness of the staff to make sure we were happy with every detail.

It's a little older, but clean and perfectly acceptable.
