Friendly staff

Location and other travelers were very loud

I usually see bad reviews of pet friendly hotel rooms because they would usually be in a room with stains and funny smells but my king room was perfect, it was clean with no stains on the couch, the bed or the floor.

There was a weird dip in the tub that did make me feel like I was about to fall through and because of the dip the water sat in it causing a water stain in the middle of the tub. And the pool was closed.

Location

First room assigned was still dirty from previous guess. Second room was not much better. Overall, the remodeling work was very substandard. The breakfast was marginal, and the staff was slow to respond to request for fresher food items.

Very quiet rooms.

Although renovations were ongoing, the hallways still needed work, and the room still had a light mildew smell.

Carpet in room was nasty. Fitness room run down.

I paid my room in full in advance and when I got there I was told they had 1 room that other folks occupied and moved because they complained it smelled and the employee confirmed it smelled. The only other room offer was a single bed

The room was filthy, weed smoke through out the hallways. Bumping someone knocking on other guests doors and running. Management don't even care. I called down 2 tunes complaining and nothing was done. NEVER AGAIN will I stay here

Very spacious rooms! Love that. The staff was friendly & helpful. Most of all the cleanliness was definitely appreciated.

Good hotel, good location, many businesses within walking distance.

Good hotel, awful stay due to the noisy guests staying on the same hall. Staff attempted to address it several times due to numerous complaints from several guests but we just had to endure the group until either we or they checked out.

The room was O.k. but the hotel is under construction. Walls n flooring missing n fist everywhere. I gave asthma n was coughing the whole stay. Could not use them e revise room. The floor was missing and the bottom part of the walls.i should get some cred

Yes some of the flooring was miss, walls in Dr and down the hall way. The dust was the main Thing.

I like the location of the hotel

The room needs to be remodeled. The doors are peeling, looks to be wet spot in the window frame. Couldn¿t find the remote to the tv. Then finally did under one of the beds so of course that means the remote wasn¿t clean/sanitized after the previous gue

The staff was pleasant and the breakfast well rounded enough for a good start to your day.

The shower curtain length was to short. I had to use a towel after every shower to remove all the water from the floor. I'm sure this is a problem for every guest.

Great location and very friendly staff. Breakfast was a great touch to get ready for the day.

The room shows up well in photos. The paint job is poor. Paint in the ceiling,the doors and walls had a paint touch up sloppy regrout, dirty grout lines, outlets pulls away from the wall & poor lighting. This is a 1 star location and over priced.

The hotel did not have any whole hot water and they failed to tell us that. I was told that the issue was fixed. It never was fixed. Ice machines did not work except for on the third floor. This is very unacceptable and I wanted to get my money back and g

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Everyone I spoke with was very nice.

The room was somewhat warm even after I adjusted the a/c and it also had a little odor like a dampness was in the air but it wasn't unbearable.

The pool wasn't clean and the carpet in the room was literally sticky and disgusting . The refrigerator was noisy but cold the stairwell door cardreader to re enter the building didn't work
