The floors were nasty. They need a mop. There was food left on the floor from the last visitors. The coffee pot had grounds left in it so long that they were molded.

There isn't any way possible this was a 2.5star "hotel" it was actually a motel the light fixtures were all rusted badly, it was very dated and needed upkeep. Very disappointed in having this room in y'all's deal

It was filthy, mold, mildew in shower, dirty curtains, floor was dirty, it wasn¿t mopped, rust appliance, it was a terrible stay

Nothing much

I asked the cleaning staff to clean my room on Sunday and was assured it would be. I returned after being our out all day and nothing was cleaned, no clean towels what so ever....smh

Mold in Shower and Hair in Drain. Floor felt like it wasn't cleaned. Could not figure out the TV Channels

Staff and his team had made us feel at home. Rooms are very clean. Nice breakfast in the morning and the front desk is always courteous and kind. Great place to stay while on business.

Nothing that I can think of. It provided all the essentials.

It was convenient and available last minute

The bathroom needed a deep clean. There was something gross on the light switch in the bathroom.

Location. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping

Room was not well maintained or cleaned properly. Dirty pillows. Mold in bathroom. Rust stains. Puddle of water in bathroom under sink. Night Shift lady atvthe front desk was not personable

There was little to nothing to like about this hotel. The manager was friendly and kind. The location was good. But the cleanliness and overall care of the hotel would actually rate negative stars. It was gross.

Cleanliness, guests - loitering about looking like they were trying to size up who was in your room. Guests smoking directly in front of other guests rooms. Just gross hotel. Breakfast was a joke.

I had to go get clean sheets and the shower was not cleaned

The front desk representative was very polite

The floor was slippery, couldn't walk on it without almost falling! The tub was the same way. The closet had everything threw in it. Not put away neatly at all! Not happy with the room at all!

I didn't like the breakfast, there was no fruit, yogurt, cheese, bacon and hot eggs

The location is good, the front desk staff was very helpful

The hotel was ** filthy** There were dirty handprints on the walls, on the headboard and on the doorframes. The floor was so dirty that I bought a wet swifter to clean it and my feet were still black after cleaning it twice. Absolutely do not recommend.

Hotel was not clean. Sheet had stains underneath that touches the body. Bathroom shower had gunk where soap goes. Roaches.

The front desk help was friendly and jovial.

The door did not seal so there was a film of moisture on everything in spite of floor air unit. The wall paper in bathroom was warped and pealing. There was an old "door" sign hanging from ceiling.

It was close to the highway and restaurants.

The roaches were plentiful. Like to the point I think the hotel may have overbooked and had me staying with a family of roaches in their room.

I didn't like the room nor the smell. The hotel is outdated. Bathrooms are outdated & unclean. I had to be switched to a new room because the toilet in the 1st room didn't flush & it was dirty. In the 2nd room, you could smell smoke coming thru the vent.

Room was not cleaned properly. Found dirt and cigarette butt behind bathroom door.

I liked nothing about this dump.

Non-smoking room reeked of smoke. Floor was disgustingly dirty, my bare feet were black in seconds. The paint was peeling above bed and falling onto it. The "neighbors" were noisy as hell all night and the front desk would do nothing. Terrible hotel!
