- The parking lot lighting in the front was perfect. The parking lot lighting on the sides of the building was not bright enough for my comfort.
- The hotel is currently undergoing remodeling with noise throughout the day - that should have been stated BEFORE we booked. Additionally there was considerable black mold in the shower. I have pictures. Housecleaning loudly at 8:30am.
- 1- refrigerator didn't work 2- ice machine on the 5th floor was SHUT OFF went to the 4th floor for ice. 3- called front desk staff, line immediately rang busy. Went to the desk less than 2 minutes later found staff person on personal phone in dining are

It was fine for an overnight stay. Had a couple restaurants close by.
We had just traveled over 11 hours in our car. Wanted to take a hot shower. No hot water from the shower. Called front desk; no rooms clean. Called front desk to get a refund and find another hotel; she magically found us a room that had been cleaned.
Had to go down to the desk twice because key wouldn¿t open the door.

Next to Elevator shift. Could hear all night. Could hear people walking above us all night
Room was clean and well taken care of. Had a few workers that went above & beyond to help with any request (towels & roll away bed, breakfast area).
Requested late check out but management was rude and not helpful.
