The room was spacious and had all amenities needed. The location was convenient to where i needed to be
Breakfast was great. When I checked in, the lady behind the desk assigned a room on the floor I requested. Because I wouldn't be back until 7 that evening, she found a room that was ready before 3 PM. I appreciate her understanding.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a lot of varieties. Amazing water pressure and great hot water temp. Loved it. The amenities were good. The kitchen was a great asset. The room waa spacious for our family of 6.

Cons -

While the view was great. There was a significant amount of road noise (6th floor lake view). And the street light neaeby made an audible signal when pedestrians could cross all day and night.
In the shower, the body wash dispenser didn't work. When I mentioned it at checkout, the pleasant lady behind the desk stated that she would report it and it would be repaired.
The bathroom shower and walls need some maintenance and the phone did not work in the room to call front desk. The beds were not queens and the mattresses were too soft for my liking (I prefer medium). But everything else was great.

Lake view rooms are gorgeous! Layout is great. Kitchenette. Loved it.

Barking pets left inside rooms.
