Home2 Suites by Hilton Winter Garden

Location and cleanliness

Didn't provide handicap accessible room

Clean

Computer not working so needed management to let us in our riom

It was clean and QUIET. Fortunately, we had a room at the end of the hall on the top floor, and it was wonderful. They also had an (overpriced) snack and ice cream area where you could purchase quite a variety of items. Fresh baked cookies were great!

Newer hotel that is clean, well maintained, and the staff couldn?t be nicer. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Beautiful, very clean hotel and room. Hotel employee at the desk was extremely kind and helpful. Would love to stay here again. We had everything we needed.

Not enough trash cans.

It was clean, it was quite. Say that, it was very busy but it didn't feel busy. The staff was always at the front desk and professionally helpful.

The key card didn't work on the back door next to the pool at night. That is where we were parked. We had to walk around. No a major issue, I just didn't understand it.

Staff members were so friendly and professional. The brightness of the room and hotel itself.

Staff was wonderful

Extremely clean and amazing breakfast offering.

Breakfast could be better

Very clean and friendly staff

The breakfast was very good, BUT they should consider adding meat with the breakfast (bacon/sausage) and making sure the juices are cold not room temperature.

The staff very polite abs helpful

Close to shopping and family

Clean and good breakfast

I reserve a king one bedroom… at arrival they gave me a studio. I ask to be changed and they say they do not have a king one bedroom and charged me more for a downgrade to a queen one bedroom.

Clean, good location.

Hard beds, polyester sheets and coverlets, horrible breakfast like all chain hotels.

Good room and breakfast. Helpful staff. Perfect for a one night stay.

The property was very clean. The room was very spacious, and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was great 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
