TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS Town Center/Western Entrance

The location

The tv in room was mounted on wall and was difficult to see, you could move it to see from bed or couch. Paying to park. The cabinets were missing handles, the molding on walls in bathroom was falling apart

Staff, breakfast, cleanliness, location, location, location.

Confortable

I called to check parking obviously someone who worked there didn't know. Parking fees just add confusion

Staff was great…Fixed inoperable TV and attempted do deal with smells is mini kitchen

Inoperable TV and smells from mini kitchen

It was clean

The parking fee. Breakfast is the same all days

the hotel was close to disneyworld

it was not as clean, and we did not room service cleaning the way we had hoped

The pool, the arcade for the kids, the grill and bar by the pool was excellent. The breakfast was great too!

The only thing that I wasn't fond was, the location. I wasn't there for Disney, but if you are then then it's great, but if not, it's pretty out of the way from a lot of other fun things.

Breakfast and the size of the room.

There was a bug on the bed and in the sink, and also crumbs on the ottoman.

Great customer service! Kevin was awesome! Hot tub and pool area was really nice.

Bed was not comfortable because it was hard, there was a sticky something on carpet near bed and shower pressure not very strong.

Clean, breakfast, other shopping and food close by

The dog next door

Nice pool and good location.

Not cleaning the rooms is gross.

Location and grounds

Paying for parking Internet connect not password protected

The breakfast was good. Had more options than I expected. The surrounding area had lots of dining options.

The ease of locateling my room

No one at the desk when I arrived, The original room was not cleaned i had to request a new room. Room smelled like mold, parking fee should be advised prior to booking no info was ever mentioned,

Location and pool area

Breakfast is subpar and bathroom area is alittle small

Location to Disney and the Staff - they were remarkable

TV mounted on the wall in a very obscure position - Bathroom is very tiny with no fan

Close to parks - within 15 min, pool, amenities

For people with mobility issues like me, I would prefer a room closer to elevators, instead of at the end of the hallway. Also, the hotel staff put parking notices on the windshield every day, even though the parking was free according to my booking.

Everything was absolutely exceptional from the location to Disney world, a free shuttle, the room was clean and spacious, and staff were gracious and kind

The bed is too close to the bathroom, and the TV location is terrible. Room is expensive compared to other competitors.

Friendly and accommodating staff.

Room 349 TV is mounted on side wall instead of wall opposite beds. You could not see TV unless you stood up opposite TV. Annoying placement of TV - otherwise everything was top notch.
