- The staff seemed put out we were there. It was like the Seinfeld episode where he had a car reservation, but they didn't have a car. Sent us across the pool area to the sister hotel and the girl at the reservation desk was AMAZING & gave us a king
- Requested my room to be cleaned, it was not. Was informed by the front desk that my room was scheduled to be cleaned on the day it was SUPPOSED TO and it still wasn't cleaned. Room smelled of mildew. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and too firm!

Hotel was wonderful, like a resort. Modern, well cared for, friendly staff, pool area beautiful, great spacious lobby and areas to hang out adjacent to pool area. A great experience!

I asked for a king suite and had to argue with staff to get it.
The closeness to WDW is great. It has plenty of Parking. And the lobby is very nice. The staff are super.
Well we stay at a lot of hotels and this one was nice till you look closer. It had mildew in the shower at glass base and inside bottom of shower pan. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and there was black Dots or holes in the ceiling in main room.
it was clean and inviting. room waw a decentsize. front desk was very nice.
no coffee maker in room. who wants to shower and get dressed to go to the lobby for 1st cup of coffee in the morning. no microwave in the room either. for this reason i will never go to this hotel again. other tyhan that the hotel is fine.
