Everything was so clean! The lobby smelled amazing and there was always someone near, cleaning something. The breakfast was nice as well, the kids loved the mickey waffles. You cannot beat the price of this hotel! The pool was also clean and gorgeous!

The only negative thing i could say about this hotel is that they don't clean every day, they only clean every other. You can request clean towels to be sent to your room daily though, ours arrived nearly moments after i requested them.

They charged $20 per day first parking my car weither it was in the garage or outside.

They have several Mickey's waffle stations. Room attendant was pretty good. I asked for everyday service because the normal is every other day.

The bathroom was spacious and bright, the tv size and the variety at breaks. Super clean !

The location is great and close to Disney however traffic is always backed up in this area

This hotel is clean and well staffed with an excellent hot breakfast. It is a mile from the Disney west gate, and makes getting to any Disney World location as easy as being on property.

The hotel is cozy, the beds are comfortable, and it is located right in Ciudadela, close to restaurants and supermarkets—everything you need is nearby. The breakfast is delicious, and the reception staff are very attentive.I would definitely stay there again on my next vacation.

Very convenient location (Flamingo Crossings) as i was moving my son into the DCP just a couple minutes away. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The only (minor) negative thing is that the room doors are very loud when they close automatically, so we kept hearing the boom of the doors well into the late hours and early morning. I realize there’s not much that could be done about this..

Unfortunately the room was freezing cold to the point I almost got sick. The breakfast as well was very disappointing, with very few options and all of them full of sugar.

Great stay! The breakfast was very good. The location is a great option for Disney World vacations — convenient and family-friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The suite we had was very comfortable and spacious. The free breakfast was a bonus even if it was often quite chaotic and very noisy. The gym facilities were excellent. The reception staff were amazing and very friendly and welcoming and helpful when we had to ask for extra towels. The proximity to the Disney parks was excellent.

Housekeeping was very hit and miss. Sometimes towels were taken but not replaced and items we had on our table were thrown out even though they weren't finished with. The water pressure was also hit and miss and sometimes the shower was excellent but then the next day was like a trickle of water. It would be helpful if there was a facility to refill water bottles in reception rather than having to go to the gym to do so.

The room and facility were excellent, and the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay.

It was a great property! Staff is very nice and helpful.

The only thing is the parking gets full really fast and you have to walk down in the dark parking to get to the hotel. (The inside parking is not really illuminated)The day before I left I gave my travel iced pack for insulin at the reception for them to freeze it. The receptionist didn’t put it in the freezer, it wasn’t frozen.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the variety at the breakfast buffet. The additional parking available in the parking garage was helpful when the parking lot was full. The hotel was clean and updated. The location suited our needs for visiting Disney and the surrounding area. We would stay here again.

While we appreciated that onsite parking was available, we did not like the high rate charged for parking per night. Also, because it is a large hotel, the breakfast buffet and seating were often busy and loud.
