Would've liked a jacuzzi

The location was great. The pool and the amenities were great.

The hotel was understaffed, they charge a fee for parking at the hotel, the continuously ran out of breakfast food, and the complimentary coffee bar in the main lobby was continuously out of coffee and hot water!

i wish they would give an hour extension because our son is special needs and a handful with getting up and out by 11 am. 12 pm would work so well for us because we enjoy staying there !

Staff was friendly, and breakfast bar had alot of options

We got downgraded because the suite we reserved was over booked

Closeness to parks

Must pay for parking and was tired of the same breakfast options everyday.

Our recent stay at the Home 2 Suites at Orlando Flamingo Crossings was outstanding! The staff was welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. The room comfortable and the location perfect! The outdoor pool/lounge/grill areas were an incredible bonus!

Parking. After long days at Walt Disney World parking (that we paid for) was hard to find, far from the entrance and super inconvenient for unloading exhausted kids and all the things.

Our room had a kitchen to place our drinks, medical, and food in the fridge. Came with all kitchen appliances including silver ware, plates, spatulas, kitchen pots, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. The hotel had laundry room in their fitness center.

Large, very spacious room.

Our room was by the elevator, and the doors had a loud squeek that would wake us up.

The room was very large, beds were comfortable, and there was just about everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Only one thing I wish had been provided in the room, and that is a safe to store valuables.

Staff was excellent and easy going. Bfast was a huge plus for us.

Not really, but a bit of constructive criticism would make say that the shower head needs to change because it was too separated, if it makes any sense.

Location. Room was a suite with kitxhechenette. Bartender pool side was nice. Food was good. Staff was friendly.

Front staff was very friendly, rooms were large. Location was great.

Not enough shuttles to Disney world.

Wow! I don¿t even know where to start to be honest but I will definitely what I loved the most was how close it was to Disney!! It was like a 10-15 minute drive and the first night I got there I could some fireworks from the entrance!! Really nice hotel!!

The sharing of the pool but my dad was able to finally get in after some time :)

Location to the Theme parks, Breakfast selections, Pool, the us of the grills and our room was very roomy for our family of 5.

We had a great experience with this hotel, nothing negative to say.

Yes, breakfast was below expectations. The staff was not friendly. When I asked for ice, told me to go back up to my floor to get ice from the ice machine. The check out was also unfriendly

Room size

This hotel was understaffed and employees are rude.My son slept on the couch bed and it was VERY loud. The lines at breakfast were awful and not nearly enough seating. Called hotel to get something resolved and was met with more rudeness. Horrible.

The main room was expansive with lots of desk and shelf space, 2 beds plus a fold out couch and a room partition. The kitchen worked very well and we appreciated the full size refrigerator. Breakfast had lots of choices- get there early to avoid lines.

The bathroom was on the cramped side. We were surprised there was a nightly fee for parking for a basic hotel like this. When we discussed with the staff, they were not friendly at all- more worried about nickel and diming.

Inside Disney World. Free shuttle to Disney parks.

It's charge $10 a day for Parking.

The room was huge. Full kitchen. Front desk staff was very attentive.

There were not enough parking spaces. While we did have access to an adjacent parking garage, unfortunately it is located a good distance away from the hotel.
