Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS Town Center

The pool was great and the separation from the room and living room.

Just the curtain stick that was loose and fell off when we first arrived and hit my toe. But the hotel service was quick to come up and fix it.

Proximity to Disney. Cleanliness. Layout of the room with kitchen. Breakfast.

The beds could have been more comfortable

The location is great

The bathtub would not drain it’s very clogged maintenance needs to pay attention to those things

Cleanliness, breakfast, location to Disney parks, stores and restaurants.

Proximity to Disney

The room service people were never available. Whenever I needed towels I had to go to the front desk myself to get it. Also, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were flat and had no support.

The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean.

When you walk into the hotel the first thing that got my attention was the smell. It smelled so clean and fresh. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was large and very clean. Loved the shampoo and conditioner products too.

The mattress was a little too hard...that would be my only complaint.

Great off site location. Short drive to all the parks.

The breakfast choices were different than usual.

Very clean, nice pool, very close to all Disney parks! Was able to check in early since room was ready! Staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel room did not have tissues, or any pans. Came with pots only. Had to cook everything in pots. They also have grills to use which is nice, but no grilling equipment.

Beautiful pool, proximity to Disney World Attractions.

I would have liked for the room to have had a Safe. Also, a clock of some kind would have been nice. I know most people just use their phones now, but it's still nice in the middle of the night to be able to quickly glance to see the time.No other issue.

From front desk staff awesome room and excellent breakfasts and bar food all was outstanding,

It has everything you need in a hotel +. It was a home away from home and close to shopping and restaurants.

Hall carpets could use some cleaning and the breakfast could be a little better but over all it was fine. I didn¿t care for the fact that you had to ask for your room to be cleaned a day in advance, but ever since Covid a lot of hotels do it this way.

Big rooms, close to Disney, free breakfast, great pool

Need to extend breakfast hours. 9a is too early to end when doing Disney. Everyone is exhausted and it¿s too hard to make it so early. 11a is my recommendation :) also more options for the complimentary bus wud be helpful too.

Location, free parking and breakfast, awesome pool and great room size!

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable!

It was comfortable clean they were very attentive to all our needs

My only gripe is they didn't have enough pool towels in the bin.. have to go to the front desk to get towels.. they need more waffle makers there was a line to get to them

Rooms were very clean, breakfast was good and warm, both front desk and cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. I would recommend to all, mostly if you have a large family.

My recommendation is to have a lifeguard for the pool

Proximity to Disney parks

They now charge a parking fee per night. Was $10 per night in July 2023. Hotel is also pet friendly, so you may have a little yippy dog squeak all day like I had in the room across from me. And yes, you will hear it.
