- Embarrassingly poor quality. The rooms were dirty, and there was no heating despite outdoor temperatures of 0 °C. Before booking, I explicitly confirmed that both rooms had heating, as stated on Booking.com—this was false. The only solution offered was a very noisy electric plastic heater, which we had to place near our daughter. This hotel should not operate under these weather conditions, or it should not be classified under the Hilton category.
