Hampton Inn Vero Beach

I thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional customer service provided by the manager and her team. They made us feel like we were family members stopping in for a visit. The service and friendliness exceeded my expectations. This will be my go to hotel.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. The location was great..right off 95 and 2 restaurants and shopping in walking distance.

I thought the breakfast wouldve been better. It was ok but not great. Also, had a difficulty changing temperature in the room. It was December and the room was too warm.

Outdated, stains on sheets, paint chipping mostly in bathrooms. Needs updating desperately. The accessibility room was very outdated and had the musty smell. Despicable for elderly guest.

The cable was out, so we did not have TV. Under the bathroom sink, the wallpaper was peeling off do to moisture. When I checked in and checked out, the employees acted like I was not there.

Arrived after midnight. Locked out. Twenty minutes and knocking to get in. Came in Friday night and left on Monday. No maid service entire time. Each night when I got back, had to go to desk to ask for water and towels. Trash was never taken out.

Comfy bed, nice breakfast. Friendly workers.

Maybe the bed a little more cushy, but it was a good, clean comfortable stay. The staff totally make the stays like home.

Breakfast was not good this time the breakfast sausage and potatoes were terrible and no egg option, just gravy biscuit

NOTHING!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! PET HAIR AND MOLD EVERYWHERE IN ROOM!! DIRTY HOTEL!! Pool was also filthy, and patio furniture was trashed. Right next to highway and parking lot was sketchy and felt very unsafe.

Everything about this hotel is HORRIBLE!! The room was FILTHY!! Pet hair everywhere and smelled so bad. Black mold near a/c unit like it was leaking and the bathroom was covered in mold. Very sketchy area next to highway. STAY AWAY from this hotel!!!

The staff provided good customer service

The cell phone reception was terrible. Couldn't receive calls, text messages, or voice messages timely. My car was vandalized in their parking lot over night.

Beds are comfortable. Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast hostess. Hot breakfast was also very good.

Workout room has old equipment.

Very close to the highway and room was a bit dirty! I left a shirt there and now they want over $28.00 to ship it to me! I¿m not feeling the love.....

I used it to take refuge from approaching storm. It was very clean and quiet, a guy at the front desk helped me connect to the free wi-fi. The morning breakfast was great, even though we could not cook anything ourselves.Parking was good.

Parking was limited due to guest with trailers attached taking up 10 parking spaces which resulted in guest with a compact to park in lots not on the property with no security cameras.
