hotel was easy to find and get to and in a good location. in walking distance of stores.

the front desk help checking in were not really friendly not accommodating and nothing mentioned to us about breakfast that was included in our stay. We had to ask. not pleased with service. room lacked supplies as well.

Warm, extensive breakfast. Free parking. Low rates. Location. Friendly staff.

Maid service on request only. Old, worn furniture and carpets.

It was advertised as "COASTAL" when it was NOWHERE near the beach. That was a huge disappointment.

Cleanliness of hotel - well maintained. Breakfast was good, except for pre-made egg omelets.

Pool was cold. coffee could be better.

Good location. The staff were extremely helpful. I had a problem with the shower not working and fixed it almost immediately.

Noisy neighbors. Plumbing problem.

Clean, spacious room

We had a horrible experience with the young woman working the check-in desk morning of Sat. 7/24. She was extremely rude to us and went out of her way to not check us in, saying no rooms available. Housekeeping manager then very easily found a room. Bad!

The young lady at the front desk did not represent Hilton well. She was terse, short, and did not come off as caring in her guest interactions. She kept going back to her cellphone. I would hate to have her representing my company.

Room had nothing other than a closet with 4 hangers for your clothes, carpet in room was filthy and coming undone, would not walk barefoot, shower was a joke, no pressure whatsoever, t.v. did not work for first 3 days and wifi was hit or miss, staff nice.

Location was fantastic! Two shopping centers within easy walking distance with grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Also close to US1. They served a continental breakfast with lots of selections

Dirty mask on the floor under the desk...doesn’t housekeeping look under tables when sanitizing? They go out of their way to promote how sanitary they are. Also dirty stairwells...I was there 4 days with the same debri present every day

i saw 3 cars throw trash out in parking lot. windows in front covered w/spider webs. weeds. covid room service. trash piled up everywhere. saw family change diaper of baby at pool. if pooped in the pool, pool may have been infected.

The front desk staff was SO nice. We were in Florida for a end of life for a family member. We had a long trip, an exhausting day, and a terrible experience the night before with being overbooked. The staff made sure we were amazing!!! The room was great!

I loved this hotel's room decor. A very relaxing color palate. Impeccably clean. Full breakfast in the morning included. Delicious scrambled eggs and sausage were just two of the options. Professional and friendly staff.

Very nice and clean atmosphere.

Front desk clerk charge my credit card for the second time upon my arrival. However, a day later , I called the hotel and a nice lady, refunded the charges back to my credit card. Besides that everything was great!

The hotel was clean, looked new, and very friendly all around. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Rooms were nice and beds were awesome. Just a beautiful hotel in general.

There was not anything that I disliked about this hotel.
