Pool, great view of the water, size of room

Requested housekeeping for two days, finally just got towel’s from housekeeping ourselves

Location of the hotel

Check in was supposed to be at 4 and didn't get in until 5. The tile floor is very slippery - even when dry. Air conditioning unit was directly over one side of the bed. There was sand on the sheets where we got into the bed.

The room felt dirty. The bathroom door was broken, light plates were broken, the front door felt cheap and unable to fully lock, the blinds did were not long enough to cover FRONT window. Over all pretty gross place and would not go back if given a choice

The room was very nice, overlooking the canal. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Comfortable. Central to what I wanted to see.

Internet did not work great. Kept going on and off. Janitors stated working too early and their room was next to mine. Talking and yawning really loud.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Good location. Excellent restaurant next door.

Room was dingy and dark. No way to let light in without completely opening blinds to hallway. Wifi was terrible.

The hotel room was misrepresented as a double Queen and when I got there was a single Queen. I could have received a double Queen for the same price at a different hotel and I feel misled I will never use this website again. Still waiting for response

They advertised as a room with a patio by the water, but when we got there the door to the patio was permanently affixed shut and there was no outdoor access to the patio either. It would have been a much nicer stay if we could have sat out on the patio

Great Location across from Tavernier Creek Marina. Excellent place for breakfast next door "Made 2 Order" and a short 5 minute walk to Old Tavernier.

The Pool need to be better maintained. I personally had to skim the pool for bugs and the bottom of the pool needed to be cleaned.

Pleasant updated room overlooking canal - peaceful in back, road noise in room.

The room we were put in had a leak that staff admitted had " been there for awhile "- we had to change the towel on the floor constantly so we wouldn't slip - kind of tricky with kids! Did not offer us alternate room when I complained at check-in!

Our room was clean and comfortable for a one-night stay. It had a door that opened directly to the canal. Although the room did not have a window, we enjoyed sitting outside, where a table and chairs were available right in front of our room. Check-in was easy, and I received a complimentary call to confirm our arrival time.

There is major road construction in front of the hotel, and work continues during the night. Hopefully, this project will be completed soon

Construction crews were working night shift unbeknownst to the guests. The trucks constantly beeping backup alarms all night long, making it impossible to sleep. In addition, the water pressure was reduced to a trickle. Very disappointed.

Room did not look like pictures and was very dirty and uncomfortable. The room smelled like bleach when we first entered and the floors were wet/slippery. The sink faucet was coming out of the wall and moved a lot every time you touched it. The towels were paper thin and had holes in them. The shower curtain had visible stains and dirt. The bed was not clean and the comforter looked dirty. The room had one very small and broken window. Would not recommend.
