Hot water, decent room. Free parking. Working elevator.

Arrived after hours. We had let this property know to expect late check in. Had to make 3 phone calls and wait 1/2 hour just to check in. Hallways had strong Marijuana smell. No shampoo in shower. Rough sheets. Booking.com advertised this as breakfast included, which was part of the reason we chose this property. Breakfast was NOT included.

Comfortable bed, hotel smells nice, room very clean. Staff is lovely, cheerful, upbeat and helpful with directions to nearby locations.

People aren’t cleaning up after their pets on the sidewalk.

A great location. Near to the Tampa Airport. The price for the stay was ok. The room was ok too. The parking area was nice.

The check in process after 11:00pm. We had to call by phone to have an employee sent to asist us. That process was tedious,after a long and tired flight.

Dirty room, too many coakroach in the room, no room service, no towel exchange. I had 3 days and never saw cleaning personnel. Breakfast ended before 9 am when it was supposed to end at 9:30. Staff solve everything with "I am sorry" with not trying to solve the issue. Went outside the hotel to buy toilet paper because they never replaced it.

First time here and they gave us an occupied room. Also hallways smells terrible, hotel needs remodeling and cleaning better.

It is an older facility. Probably needs an upgrade.

the property was not clean at all!!! i had to leave immediately the smell was so horrible to the point you can’t breathe.! the room was not clean at all, the bed wasn’t clean, the bath top had hair all over it, the kitchen area was so dusty and had a lot of dirt. I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this location.when i asked the front desk about it they said it’s an old property and it’s not well maintained.the front desk area had trash all over the floor.the hall way was smelling so nasty. stay away from it. I requested a full refund the front desk employee was not able to help he had to call the “ general manager “ who is not at the location and said that tomorrow he will look into a refund if he or she can do it.you can sleep in the street it will be cleaner !!!!

There were dogs in the hotel that were barking. Pest control services need improvement as we had roaches in our room. Bathroom shower had a drippy faucet. Floors/carpet need cleaning.
