- I want a refund when I first arrived the lady at the front desk had an horrible attitude she then checked me into a room that she knew the ac does not work then came back switched rooms to a room I couldn’t even take a shower in it was just so disgusting

- No towels at all, had to call office and No answer, walk to office to get towels, The door has huge gaps ,insects getting in and can hear clearly people fighting and talking outside.

Not much
No control over guests in other rooms ,yelling and screaming, fighting at loud, like a low life neighborhood. The room next to me people's coming in and out all the damn night until 5am The front desk doesn't answer phone.
