- The hotel was super nice and pleasant. Was able to sleep peacefully .
- Room was beautiful. No complaints.
- Staff was super accommodating. The Christmas decorations were brilliant. We couldn't have asked for a better server at breakfast, I wish I knew her name.

- Booked three nights (non-reimbursable) beginning the day before Hurricane Milton hit Tampa area. My request for 2 nites credit or reimbursement denied but hotel was in evacuation zone last 2 days.
