- The distance to my doctors appointment
- When we checked in there was an issue with our rooms and I thought it was a hotel screw up. Within 15 minutes, the staff was able to figure out the answer and accommodate my large party. We had a great experience.

- The area it?s located seemed to have numerous homeless people begging. Didn?t venture far from hotel but restaurants or quality restaurants were not close
- Bathrooms need ventilation fan contril
- Hotel has shuttle service but if the driver doesn?t come to work there?s no fill in for employee. We had to take Uber 6 times we asked for extra towels- didn?t get any- no extra k-cups. We stayed 2 nights both were sub par put the hotel on some kind of a
