Pros +

We were able to get a late check out in recognition that we did not arrive until 6am.
Great staff, quiet setting.
Front desk staff were great!

Cons -

They put a much larger hold on my credit card than expected and it still had not cleared days after we left.
No ice machine in fridge; luggage carts were scarce.
