Musty smell at first

Unfriendly night manager. After long day of travel, had to register from a WINDOW in the parking lot. During our stay, his favorite word was NO.

We had 2 people with 1 shampoo.?The coffee machine was broken and it didn?t have decaf either.?

Out dated Mold in the a/c unit Very thin walls Dirty!!!!

Pleasantly surprised, I was expecting less because of the low price. Squeaky clean with beautifully Landsberg grounds and a nice little pool. Oh, and a Wawa store right up the street¿¿

The towels could use a revamp, and no toiletries in the room. Fortunately I have my own soap and stuff when I travel.

They owner was very kind and engaging. I made him aware of a small issue in the room and he was very receptive.

Contacted them about a card change. They promised to call and instead emailed me while I was driving and gave an hour before cancellation of room.

The spacious rooms and the mini fridge and coffee pot in the rooms.

No elevator only stairs. And not enough towels in the rooms.

Everything it had spiders in my room.so I left and did not stay at the property I was told I would be refunded!

Due to covid, check in was an outside window - no lobby access

There were no indicators room had been disinfected!! Clerk was protected, what about guests?? Price was ridiculous for area & No amenities.

I didn¿t like the old microwave Rusty was peeling off Old table tearing apart air condition not working properly that door in The middle of the room didn¿t made me feel safe and the room smell like roaches and a few things more

They let dope smoking music blaring fools to go unchecked.

Noise can be heard from the adjacent room, no coffee inside the bedroom, no plastic cups.

I booked for another room he said will charge me $--- but did charge me way more for $--- it's not worth for the price didn't give me a receipt when I checked my account it was way overcharge will not recommend this hotel to anybody. Room 209 and 210

Good coffee, Maintenance guy was nice.

The wash cloths for two days in a row were stained with makeup and lipstick. Bath towels were thin and not very well laundered. Roaches and silverfish present. Bedspread was stained.

Dirty sheets, dirty microwave, got there and there was a guy laying in front of hotel some type of crime scene and alot of cops, had to change my owns sheet of the dirty bed we got, TV remote did not worked, dirty bathroom walls and shower curtains.

The staff; friendly and courteous; willing to do anything he could to make us feel welcomed
