Cleanliness and courteous staff. The desk young lady was professional and knowledgeable

They confused my reservation price. Fortunately, the young lady at the front was able to sort it out. She really made a difference in my staff

I asked for and got a handicapped room. When I saw the height of the beds I knew I would need help getting on and off. Woke up son middle of night to help me to restroom. Had to help me back to bed. Why would a room for handicap people have high beds?

Nice staff, room extremely clean, hotel quiet.

It was clean. Everything worked and front staff was friendly.

Clean and comfortable bed

It advertised on all the wedding sites they had a jacuzzi. This is the reason I chose this hotel. Only got there it did not have a Jacuzzi it had been filled in with concrete in pool chairs but on top. Even the choice hotel advertised there was a Jacuzzi

The price but I thought it could have been a lesser price for the location and how old fashion the hotel was.

House cleaning didn¿t want to give extra towels nor change the bedding because we were still in the rooms at the time.

The breakfast was not good at all food was not hot. Very little to select from no meat but only pork, nothing for people who don't eat pork.

The breakfast area was clean and pleasant. As was the pool.

Yes. The desk person heard we were looking at homes. We were quiet about this, but she was clearly eavesdropping. Came up to us. She was a realtor . . . Ugh. Tried to sell us her services. Bad idea. Should be counseled not to do that. Rooms tired.

We needed to be close to my family. It was down the block from their development. The staff was super friendly.

It is a motel. The doors to your room are outside. So the exterior was run down and gross. There were bugs everywhere (outside). We saw a large bug inside another room, but our room was updated and clean. You get what you pay for.

The beds and bedding are updated and comfortable. This is an older hotel so decor and some furniture is a bit dated but clean. Hot breakfast-eggs,sausage,gravy,oatmeal, grits, waffles,tiny roll-like biscuits, cereal, pastries, toast, fruit. Juice coffe

It was in a busy area, road noise heard. It has outside public access to rooms, which we do not like. The rooms also have carpet. It had close-up mild smell. May have been from the cleaners used.

Staff Helpful, Room and hotel clean

Door Key cards suck. Locked out of room 3 times in two days. Had to go to counter and have them rescanned or whatever they do to make them work again. Extreme inconvenience.

People drinking outside rooms others throwing cigarettes out from 2nd floor.Really loud. Big truck parked backwards in front of my room. Started up at 6:05am & idled there til 6:45. Had to shut off a/c due to diesel fumes. Horrible. Not stay again.

Didn’t care for the fire alarm going off at 2 am and nothing was wrong.

No outlets in room and summer bay water is nasty reddish super warm

Room was clean and spacious. Fridge and microwave was perfect for the kids drinks and snacks. Free breakfast was great way to start our day. Good location. Staff were all friendly. Enjoyed the pool.

The only thing I can think of that I did not like was the parking spots were a little to close to each other.
