Clean, friendly staff, great location.

The breakfast at this location specifically was nearly inedible. Particularly the eggs and the grits. Eggs were like a soft styrofoam texture and taste. I?m not a picky eater at all. Grits tasted stale/old, undercooked.

Customer Service was amazing! Super kind, helpful and went out their way to accommodate me. So grateful for all their help. Room was super clean, large and quiet. Definitely will be staying here again as I have done many times.

People that the hotel has no control over. Coming in all hours, slamming doors, yelling and talking very loud. Bathroom. Needs to be completely updated. Old worn out tub, faucets and sink that doesn¿t drain.

Rm 209 smelled horrible. No rm serv for 4 days.I re checked in to get a new room. I was told no other rm was avail and no housekeeping avail.I was eventually given 232 after 3 hrs, it smelled like urine & my 1 yr old PU a pill that could kill him.Not cool

The room was facing a busy, loud street. The room was not ready at the advertised 3 PM check-in.

Staff friendly and helpful. Jill, Nancy and I didn't catch the maintenance guys name. But, all my request were addressed immediately.

The only reason why I say no is the staff was out in parking lot in her car. Instead of being in the front desk. She was rud and very prejudice.

The price and ease of getting in and out of.

Our floor had a portable fan running so AC wasn¿t working in the hall. Walked into our room and it smelled. Not sure if it was humidity or the carpet. Shower wouldn¿t drain well. AC didn¿t cool enough overnight.

l do not like when the coffee gets cold at the front desk it's not change. please look into that. and also, when customers arrive, they hotel should have some cold lemon water would like some more choices for breakfast, some boil egg

Modern and clean. Very comfortable. The staff were all friendly. I didn't buy any, but snacks were avaiable through the front desk.
