It was not what I wanted or expected

There was no bathroom, the TV did not work, the staff wasn't on site or available at all for checkout. Very stressful and bad experience. Would not recommend and would like to be reimbursed.

The property was amazing! Situated in the most perfect spot. You have to see it. I just love places like this, small but spacious, accommodating, the views are perfect, the wildlife is plentiful, I can not say enough about this place... It has the old Florida magic ✨ we can't wait to come back

The cottage was very cute and decorated well. The bed was very comfortable. The free kayaks were a bonus Plus. The bonfire on the water was very warm because it got cold at night.

The room was small. The only seating is a small kitchenette with two chairs and the bed. I thought it needed lighting underneath the kitchen cabinets but then found the clickers to turn the light on.

The site had an intimate, cozy feel to it that felt more authentic than staying in a chain hotel. The decor was cute and everything was very clean. We chose to place because they have kyacks for the guests, and we enjoyed using those.

The bathroom door should be fitted and sealed for greater privacy. Especially in such a small room.

The location was great. We got to sit on the water and watch the wildlife.

Bathroom was not very clean. No supplies. The toilet is broken.

Location is right on the water and lovely. It was not so clear at booking that this was a tiny trailer RV. It was fine for sleeping - I am a petite person, but I can't imagine a larger person being comfortable. It was cutely decorated. My main issue was the distance to the toilet facility across the lawn past the lagoon, which made me not want to go in the middle of the night. I did not have a chance to use the available kayaks - I arrived after a kayak trip, but it was a nice perk.

Distance to toilet facility. Shower was outdoors in back behind a fence and not marked. I did not find it until the next morning.

I liked that it was right on the water and had kayaks to use! That was very enjoyableThe staff was also very accommodating and kind even though I might have not been the best sport

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the property and that I had to go stay at a hotel for a night because I kept getting bit by something. I still have red dots all over me.

Parking limited and carrying own vessels had to ensure everyone can get in and out
