- Hotel does not have certain pet friendly rooms. I was told they couldn't "discriminate", which is not good for people with allergies.The hotel room/hallways smelled and had not been vacuumed.I would not stay at this hotel again if I was back in the area!!

- There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom.

THE ICE MACHINE ON OUR FLOOR DID NOT WORK
Rooms are spacious and clean, free breakfast is hot and good and cheapest hotel price wise.
The location was great, right in the middle of everything we needed.
It had a weird smell in the room, and the window curtains left a big space, letting in a lot of light.
Noise from an electric motor right outside our window kept turning on and off every 10 seconds or so, very annoying

Hotel employee at the hotel front desk was so kind and helpful in every way. She gave us outstanding customer service! We loved her! All of the staff was very nice. Variety of items at breakfast was good.
Maid service was sporadic. We received clean towels daily, but our room was seldom cleaned.
It's right down the street from my family's house. Near everything I want, food, gasoline and shopping.
That my stay was to short.

Breakfast, coffee, and cleanliness!
The entire staff worked together to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We had a family emergency and the stress was overwhelming. Coming into the hotel every time was a side of relief. We felt at home. They paid attention to every detail.
Always had hot coffee ready and occasionally some treats, great staff

Very old carpets that are worn and dirty they need new carpeting cleaning will not help these carpets cuz they are so badly soiled also the air conditioning in our room the motor for the fan very loud I think the bearings are going out in it
The room was clean. close to shopping and restaurants bed was comfortable.
Staff was excellent and went above and beyond.
No fan in bathroom and instead of a dresser there were wire baskets.
