Location and large rooms.

TV didn?t work in living area, no pool.

Peaceful, quiet, clean, great staff

Felt like home. Very cozy and clean

Friendly service and given privacy while staying.

Everything was perfect

It was like renting a home. It had everything you needed down to dishes and flatware.

There was nothing I didn’t like. Nice to stay somewhere not so “corporate”

I loved how the Davis House Inn was so quaint, clean, quiet and very close to the Indian River and all the restaurants and bars - walking distance to Squid Lips and Captain Hiram’s Resort!

The location was perfect for me. A nice clean, roomy room.

I wish I had asked for a room on ground floor. Not really a problem.

Our room was spacious and QUIET! Loved the king sized bed and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Hotel is across the street from the river's edge with adirondack chairs, umbrellas and it's own private pier. Watched the sun rise from the pier with the dolphins churning up breakfast.The best amenity is the outdoor tiki bar/deck/grill area for guests to use. What a great place to enjoy the company of friends and family for a few cocktails or a cookout!No pool, but we wouldn't have used it anyway - boating and riverfront dining is much more entertaining!

A hook or two over the bathroom door to hang towels - that's about it!!

It was clean, quiet, great location for all our needs, grounds were nice, staff was wonderful.

Toilet was too low

Steps away from the intercostal, you can’t beat the location. The neighborhood is very charming, nestled around older Florida homes and great restaurants. If you like to walk around, there is park nearby as well as a boardwalk. ( unfortunately it was a blistering 105 F with heat index so I couldn’t get the full experience) The room is very clean and there is a terrace where you can eat or just “ chill” a bit. I highly recommend this place!!

Well being an older person (66) the height of the toilet was somewhat challenging. But that's not a complaint. Just an observation.

It's a spacious room except for the bathroom.

I wish the bathroom was a little bigger, and I hated the loud exhaust fan, Those issues wont keep me from staying there though.

Clean, quiet, able to walk to restaurants

It was quiet and comfortable. Like being in a small apartment. Location was good.

Close to great fishing, and wonderful restaurants! Also loved that our room was like a little apartment!!! Oh, and no carpet! And the kicker? After showering, you can walk barefoot in the room and not have to wash your feet again! In other words, they do a great job cleaning!!!

No pool ?

We are regulars of Davis House. We can’t say enough good things about our stays here. It is a great location with a private dock to fish or just enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Great places to eat within walking distance. Will definitely be coming again and again

The hotel's location was perfect for our trip,the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay .

The room was very clean, which I appreciated more than you could imagine! It was spacious, the grounds were charming and location was nice because it wasn't right on top of the noisy areas of the main streets. We were happy to have a larger refrigerator, the small kitchenette and living space to just relax.

I have to admit that the bed wasn't very comfortable and I'd love to have more blankets. Additionally the air conditioner may need some servicing/ filter cleaning which I totally understand but it did create a bit of odor.

Great location and nice rooms.

Toilet was slow to flush, requiring more than one flush every time.
