Location, staff super friendly, rooms clean. Enjoyable visit

The best part of hotel was the location on the beach

The pool needed cleaned and when we asked the front desk, they had no idea when it would be cleaned.

Fridgerater and stove showed alot of age.

Location was great, directly on the beach..room was very spacious, nice balcony, great clean swimming pool..

The hotel itself was great.. the only thing we didn¿t like was when the sun went down the little ¿no see em ¿ bugs really swarmed and got bitten a whole bunch

room was outdated. A/C was inadequate, toaster and one stove burner did not work. TV did not pick up many channels and several that DID come in were too pixelated to watch. Beach umbrellas are only out from 9-5, sun is out earlier and later than that.

Excellent location.Its nice that you can use the amenities at sister properties as well. Room was spacious and had a great view.

The beach chairs need replacement.

Not a lot of parking

Location (right on the beach & close to shops/restaurants). Complimentary grab-&-go breakfast every morning.

Outdated furniture/amenities (needs updating).

The beds were comfortable

The air conditioners did not work well and the room was extremely warm, The bath towels were like drying off with sandpaper. And they have no elevator and you had to walk up and down the stairs When loading and unloading your vehicle and they steep.

The location is beautiful and the beach and pool area was wonderful.

Amenities were lacking¿they have beach chairs but wouldn¿t put them out until around 10a and then at 4:30p would throw you out of the chairs and told the beach area is closed. Obviously you could stay on the beach just with no chair.

It was quiet and the staff was awsome. Great grab and go breakfast.

Rooms need better mattresses and the carpet needs to be replaced.the room was clean but the carpet is old and had stains,i would consider booking in the future in hopes that they update the rooms better. Maby tile instead of carpet would be a better.

The location and the kitchen area were gret

A few more chairs on beach would be good , some days people would claim them very early, then never use them, or not till late in day. People did this with bikes too, saw a guy hide a bike in bushes so no one else would use it

Easy access to beach and pool. Easy to get to and from hotel to restaurants and shops. View of Gulf. Very friendly and accommodating staff! Complimentary beach towels and lounge chairs. Complimentary breakfast.

The cable tv did not work consistently. There were no kitchen towels or paper towels.

Lots of recreational equipment, bikes , paddleboard ,kayak, shuffle board pickle ball and tennis With All The Equipment Included !! Bike trail right out front. Breakfast. Included !! Quiet area . Great Value !! Very Helpful Staff

An older building - But Clean and Well kept

Hotel was clean and nice location. Staff was very helpful and nice. Will definitely be back.

Location. We read it was an older location but it had everything we needed. The kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, shuffle board, proximity to the beach and tennis courts (marked for pickleball) were all appreciated and used. Even the breakfast items were nice

Located on a beautiful beach. Renovated room with a kitchenette and screened in porch. Nice folks working there, breakfast, chairs & umbrellas set up on the beach each morning,very quiet location,nice pool,reasonably priced, hope to return next year

Not a complaint but the parking lot is crushed shells/sand so you will get sand in your car

As the other reviews stated, this is an older beach motel. The bathroom was very worn, but what was able to be cleaned was very clean.

The only perfect thing about this hotel was the location. It was right on the beach and provided easy access to a very large pool and private beach area. Our room was gulf view, but be aware that the only one with actual gulf view is front gulf view.

The rooms are dated and in need of repair. Our room had fleas, and there were also sand fleas/noseeums outside. We left after being bitten a lot and didn't even finish the stay. Bug spray did not help. The kitchenette had dirty dishes in the cabinets.

The staff were both friendly and knowledgeable. The location is perfect for the beach, restaurants, and convenience store shopping.

The rooms could definitely use some updates; the carpet is especially past its life, and the rest of the room needs general maintenance (e.g., paint touch-ups, baseboard cleaning).
