- You can't get closer to the Gulf on Sanibel! Quiet location. Sea turtles nesting 100 feet from our room. Lots of shells. Nice little pool. Not pretentious. Small kitchen in the room makes it great for a family on a budget. Staff was excellent and Helpful!

- We stayed in cottage #8, so this may not be applicable to all the accommodations on the property. We found our cottage to be seriously in need of maintenance, upkeep, and updating. Warped wood accents. Rust in many places. Attention desperately needed.
- The front desk gentleman that says he's the manager has no customer service skills at all! You walked in the door he doesn't say welcome first thing he says what is your name and do you have a credit card! Bad Customer service can ruin a vacation!!
- The glasses and silverware were extremely dirty. Brown spots and stains on glasses. Manager tried to charge $200 (more than room) for chocolate on bedspread. Ramos called and said we were disgusting and nasty people. Not enough characters to tell all.

Location -- beach right there; everything else close by. Price -- right for value. Staff -- helpful and cheerful. We've been here before and will return. It's the perfect destination and experience for us.
