Cons -
- My family came from North Carolina we haven’t slept all night we drove 9 hours. We booked this hotel because it was the only one that didn’t say they were fully booked. When we came to check in we didn’t know it was 4pm to check in. The older white lady with glasses was very rude to us. She said we are fully booked. Then I proceeded to say that online it didn’t state that and we already paid online. She said well I don’t know what to tell you. Check in isn’t even until 4pm so try to come back then. That breakfast wasn’t free we had to pay for it. We was up since 11pm til we got there at 8am. We didn’t even try to check in until 11:30am. Mind you all there were literally maybe 5 vehicles at this establishment. I wouldn’t return. The white people at this establishment is racist. We came back around 7pm to check in and the big white lady with red hair was just at her computer not taking us. The other lady already was with other customers who were black. That white lady seemed like she didn’t want to take the black people and had the other lady take all the black people. we had to wait on the other lady. She was so kind and made my stay pleasant. I really wish I remembered her name. Thank her so much for taking out her time to explain the policy and about complimentary breakfast.
