Hyatt Place St Petersburg - Downtown

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very attentive and polite. Staff at the desk was super polite and the cleaning staff even had a Christmas card in the room.

Great location. Easy walk to pier and museums. Cool brewery and pizza bar attached to hotel with beer taps.

The front desk staff member was amazing! She was extremely welcoming, helpful & considerate - one of the best we?ve ever encountered. The location was perfect & the breakfasts were exceptional!

The toilet ran for a long time after flushing it and the bathroom latch didn't work properly.

There are too many things to mention.... but location is one of them. You could walk to everything and if you get tired, there is a free trolley right across the street.

Not the hotel per se, the parking is more than adequate, but don't bring a large vehicle, the spaces are smaller than usual.

Great staff, big rooms, solid breakfast.

Couch was pretty dirty, needs to be replaced.

No maid service No replenish of coffe in the room, big no no for me. No notice about no maid service Just like a 2 star hotel Lobby personal kind of hostil.

The location was awesome. It was in the center of everything in the downtown area of St. Pete. Also, the breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel that is complimentary.

We found nothing to complain about are have any concerns with. The staff and housekeeping was great.

Parking not included. I parked at 101 First Ave S just one block away for $8/day max! Also, No hot tub.

Modern. Small things like fastest elevator ever, the best deck parking structure ever, friendly staff. Awesome breakfast (for covid), location is in the middle of everything walkable, comfy beds. Decent shower. Plenty of public space to plug in or relax.

No hot tub, pool not heated. Fridge didnt cool much.

Great location! Walking distance to awesome restaurants. Staff was very kind. Breakfast was nice. The staff put together a hot breakfast to go so you could bring it back to your hotel room and eat safe. Great experience overall.

The bathroom door and sink was a bit awkward but we would still definitely stay at this hotel again if we visit St. Pete.

The staff was super nice and welcoming. Whenever we had a request they were so fast to fulfill it. The hotel is very clean and the location is absolutely amazing.

It has a great gym, pool, an excellent breakfast, and its located right downtown in close proximity to the waterfront, restaurants, and bars.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a great location to the downtown area. The room was spacious and best of all the bed was comfortable.

The rooms were very nice and modern.

The elevator to access the garage from the hotel was very confusing.
