The location

The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The front desk clerk was very rude. I stayed 5 nights and did get my room cleaned once.

Hotel rooms and appliances in poor conditions. I was transferred rooms two times because refrigerator was not cooling, microwave was rusted inside, plumbing bathroom was leaking. Cleaning crew did not make the bed on 3nights that I stayed there.

The hotel is immediately off the highway exit. Various stores and businesses are within brief driving distances. The staff was very friendly.

I had two rooms, 1 limited mobility and 1 standard. The standard had a much bigger closet. The TV could link to my streaming device. The toilet worked better. Aside from the room, the daily breakfast has very few food options.

This hotel is an outdated dump! They should gut the place and start over. The furniture looks like it's over 20 years old and has been trashed. There is minimum maintenance performed and it looks like it was done by third graders.

The room was clean and bed was very comfortable.

It is next to a highway so you can hear the traffic but you have a fan/air conditioner which drowns it out for sleeping.

Nothing, people with allergies should stay away. Book the Comfort Inn at 875 94th Ave North instead of this one.

When I entered the room, the cleaning and or bug spray they use started to burn my nose. I requested another room. The rug in the other room filthy and the hallway smelled terrible from the deodorizer they use. I wont stay here again.

Breakfast is terrible. But as this hotel is less expensive than most, you have the money to go out to eat.

Yes. Although I paid ahead for the room, they put a charge of $102.50 on my credit card upon arrival. I was then credited $100 from my cc company. Why did I have to pay the additional $2.50? Just curious. Plus the place had a musty smell.

Convenient to major highways

The hallways and room had a musky smell It could use some updating with new rugs.

El desayuno no me gust¿ mucho , muy pocos alimentos para desayunar, y el huevo era hecho solo con las claras , era una tortilla de color blanco , a la vista se ve¿a horrible , primera vez que veo tan poca variedad en un desayuno del hotel .

Rundown and dated hotel,the room the carpet felt dirty. Very little water pressure.

The room was nice & big, the bathroom was very nice & roomy, BUT they need a towel bar!

It's in a great location near the highway and downtown

The room was dirty and because they were all booked they couldn't change us. Mirror had print marks and there was a clothe size tag sticker on the wall, dust on furniture. Way to expensive for the conditions the hotel is.
