The staff were very welcoming and accomodating

Updates had been made to furnishings, but the rooms were not as clean as I would have hoped and the linens were terrible, especially the towels

Staff was amazing we were there for a funeral for my mom they made sure we had a lower floor to accommodate our moving things for set up and gave us a little later check out knowing we would be setting up the venue close by which gave us time to get ready

We stayed there before for a 10k 2 years in a row not as clean old towels and pool deck needs lots of love especially the brown paint on the pool deck to dark which is hot

Staff was good

No breakfast no spa but still had signs for both the clean towel had poop stain on itno cups in the room had coffee maker.. creamer looked like plastic ...was not very happy with the hotel

Close to amenities

Yes no hot tub or indoor pool toilet was clogged Continental breakfast was choice of juice not much of a breakfast went to the front desk several times no one was there had to go back multiple times for one thing overall very very disappointing

Nothing just a small room

The room was very small the photos in the website didn't match with the room they showed the room very big enough for 5 people and room was very small the hotel also charged me extra for a sofa bed which was actually included when I reserved it online

Room smelled. The offer included breakfast. There was nothing but a coffee machine. No attendant in the morning. Overall, worst budget hotel we have ever stayed. Roaches in the bathroom too!

Quit for the location

Room was hot even with the air on 64 the back of room and bathroom felt like a heater was on.

The Inside of the room was actually nice and clean. The air conditioner worked well and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

My experience with the hotel is horrible, I wasted almost $-- to stay two nights. They key machine was broken so the whole time I was there I had no key to my room, therefore I couldn't leave my room. I was treated so poorly. I regret booking a room here

There was nothing I really liked about this hotel.

The front dest staff charged my card prematurely, even though the booking said they'd wait to charge my card. I was going to use a different card. The room smelled weird, the breakfast had no variety, and the remote was broken. The parking lot was small.

Very stuffy room with a wierd smell. 2 roaches were spotted in my room. One was dead on my bedroom floorvand another was on the bathroom floor dying .... I was disgusted. The hot tub was filthy and the pool looked dirty. Breakfast was a joke.

I started out with first job I'm a hotel so I feel like I know what to expect from a cheaper hotel. There front desk person was amazing. Overall sh really made our stay great.

The only complaint I have is there should be better lighting around the jacuzzi area. Other than that it was a good experience

They list breakfast as a perk. There is no such thing. There are two little tables tucked in the front desk area with very little to eat. Very Missleading

Location. General area was relatively free of any crime element.

Although a small hotel, the parking seemed inadequate.

Location- it's close to everything I might have needed and then some, Staff- very polite and helpful, Clean- I've seen $---night hotels that weren't as clean.
