- Location and on the beach. Nice bar, restaurant and lounge areas.
Cons -
- It was a party motel on the beach. We reserve a junior king suite. It was refurbished but dated and looked weary. The old window shaker AC unit ran loud and all night. Even worse was the party noise immediately outside our door. I continued until 2 am both nights.
- Furniture was dirty and appeared broken. Property was still undergoing repairs.
- We were upstairs and no elevator. Had to carry all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs

Location and on the beach. Nice bar, restaurant and lounge areas.
Very loud guests last into the night on several nights of our stay. That was the only negative of our stay, we loved everything else.
