Location

Parking is ridiculous. They charge for it even though I put in free parking as a filter. They admitted that they don't have a spot for every room.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in and talked to us at the pool when we had our baby with us. She was very kind.

Price, reasonable parking, free breakfast. Bed was relatively comfortable.

Property is run down and not well managed. When I first checked in, there was ripped carpet, some dog hairs on the sheets under the pillow area, a random sock and a drawer that wasn't clean. I changed rooms and would have changed hotels if possible.

The site is easy to get to off I-175. The hotel is in walking distance to Tropicana field. It was a well-lit walk back to the hotel. Breakfast was great!

The location is near the ballpark and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, the bay, and the Dali Museum. The hotel is easy to find; check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. We appreciated the kitchen.

Requiring a $50 deposit charged to a credit card for incidentals. Then it takes days for it to be refunded. I wonder how much interest IHG is getting from all of these deposits?

due to road work it was hard getting around(not hotel's fault). Breakfast were really good . meet and great affairs with wine and appetizers was unexpected and very nice. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

Room size & amenities convenience

Road construction made it difficult to access hotel entrance Couch in our room was horribly stained Kitchen cabinets(exterior) haven¿t been wiped down in a long time

The room , the sofa was ripped , the carpet going to the bathroom was ripped the bathroom shower have mold Kitchen - fridge was dented all over , furniture was scratched all over room look very tired

We had to switch rooms 3 times because of the filth and damage. On our last day the lady at breakfast yelled at us because we used a clean spoon for the grapes instead of the tongs. So many issues I can¿t fit into this review.

Yes. Appliances beeping all throughout the night with no way to stop. Also they have dumpster pick up in the early morning where the trash company slams the dumpsters. Also cleaning crew slam hotel doors cleaning near by rooms. It was a restless stay

The parking was a bit small for the location and hotel size

I like to be with my puppy in the room. They approve it. This is very important for me. Thanks for the detergent and laundry for free ! 😊

Perfect location for going to the ballgame. The staff was very polite.

They were out of all juices for breakfast Sunday morning, and I forgot my toothpaste and the front desk was out of that as well. The only cleanliness issue was, cookie crumbs in the elevator Saturday were still there on Sunday quite a large amount.

The room had alot of space and nice, small kitchen. Also the proximity to Tropicana Field was perfect.

breakfast the next morning was subpar. We got there at 915 (cuts off at 1000) and if things were out they weren't replaced. The Juice machine was completely out and even the soda machine was out.
