Location and price

The first room I checked into had a horrendous smell so I requested another room. The second also had a bad smell of mildew but I stayed anyway.

Freshly remodeled and staff was very nice.

Room has a lot of moisture in it. Like for example. I had an bag of M & M with peanuts, ate them next day and there was no crunch to the shell an even the peanut was not even crunchy.Before this I could feel the air was damp in the room

Friendly staff. Clean rooms and public areas.

Our room faced the busy street. Lots of traffic noise.

Room and bed were clean. Staff at front desk was friendly and willing to help when there was an issue with room key not working or replacing towels that were not replaced by housecleaning service. Parking lot was relatively well lit.

Kept having issues with key card so entry was difficult. Room was half cleaned, old towels removed but new towels were not replaced, garbage cans were cleaned but bed was not made. Food in the warmer tray was not warm, coffee bar was not stocked.

They have orange juice all day.

Smells in the room and carpet needs to be replaced.

Location in proximity to the event we were there to attend

1. Were told at checkin that we were upgraded to a "king suite" at no extra charge, but it was the same standard king room I booked. 2. room had damaged drawers, walls, bathroom fan broken, leftovers in fridge. 3. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE.

No just booked it because it was close to where we needed to be

Roaches in the room, lumpy pillows and awful beds so uncomfortable. Walls were so thin we could hear everything in our neighbors room & they were loud. Do not recommend this hotel at all! Luckily we only had to stay one night.

Breakfast was HORRIBLE. PANCAKES WERE HARD COULD NOT EAT THEM. THE HARD BOILED EGGS WERE RUBBER. HARD, VERY HARD. COFFEE AND JUICE WERE FINE.

The free breakfast was really sub standard. You could improve that with not much more cost. Also had to kill two roaches in our bathroom. Bottom of tub was slippery.

We enjoyed our stay here and felt safe traveling with a child. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very professional.

I was under the impression the hotel had been recently renovated and the rooms did not reflect that.

the ease of check in with the front desk was wonderful and quick. she was helpful in giving advice in where to visit and how to get around the city

the breakfast was bare did not have a meat selection. also the hotel is far away from downtown st. pete in a run down area of the city. the pool was not open as advertised

The staff was amazing happy and friendly worked with me on getting another room at with short notice will definitely be returning

The second room was a lil expensive but i did get it at short notice and breakfast was minimal but at least it was good

great location for where we needed to be and great price

shower curtain had either red rust or blood stains on the bottom. the tub was a little dirty

Lobby and breakfast areas were clean and updated. Complimentary breakfast.. They had hazelnut creamer. ¿¿ midway between downtown St. Pete¿s and Largo. Two staff members were nice upon our arrival.

Carpet was old and dirty, smelled musty. I saw large rolls of carpet in the main hall, so maybe they are fixing that. Dope smoking on 2nd floor. ¿¿ Pool closed.

The location was very close to niece's house which was a plus

Yes! They didnt clean it all the way before I checked in, they dont offer esrly check in without paying for it, and there was a roach crawling in the wall

The coffee was good.

No towels or washcloths. Had to go to the front desk to get towels, washcloths, soap and shampoo. The air conditioner made a banging noise when it reached the temp. setting. We stayed two days and they never clean our room or replaced the linen.

Shower curtain not attached properly. Poor room construction (outlet covers smaller than the hole. The brekfast was a joke.

tHE HOLTEL IS IN A GOOD LOCATION AND IT MEET THE REQUIREMENT the room are big and comfortable to relax in the staff was friendly

Location was the best thing.

Pictures were very misleading, holes in the wall. Peeling baseboards. Overall poor quality. Will not return ever!

The Pancakes for breakfast.

The the smell of dog poop in the back of the hotel parking. All the way to the back door. There was also poop on ground in front of the door.
